Our world, our health, our future

The University of Edinburgh currently has 9 fundraising projects within the College of Medicine & Veterinary Medicine.

In three centuries, our medical school has achieved major breakthroughs in areas including anaesthesia, antiseptics and vaccines. Key tasks for the future include establishing parameters for global health management, pioneering regenerative medicine, revolutionising diagnosis through imaging, and adding to our understanding of cognitive decline in the elderly.
