About The Campaign

The University of Edinburgh Campaign is run by the Development and Alumni Department. The Department is responsible for fundraising and providing services for the University’s international community of alumni.

The Campaign is advised by The University of Edinburgh Campaign Board and The University of Edinburgh Development Trust which administers funds donated to the University. The University of Edinburgh USA Development Trust Inc. manages and administers USA donations to the University.

Campaign Aims

• To complete capital campaigns to build new buildings to support teaching and research initiatives
• To increase the revenue for investment in people and infrastructure for focused initiatives across the campus
• To develop a strong network of supporters for the Campaign
• To establish endowments as a means of creating an independent financial base for the future (both scholarship and revenue funding).
