The Talbot Rice Gallery is the University’s own public art gallery. Situated in the stunning Old College quad, it is a wonderful exhibition space devoted to both contemporary and historical shows.
Its vision is to present a distinctive programme of thought-provoking exhibitions with exceptional reach, resonance and quality. It is also committed to developing an extensive programme of interpretation and educational outreach work.
To date, the gallery has seen major exhibitions by artists such as Jamie Shovlin, Paula Rego, Rosemarie Trockel and Alistair Gray.
